EU transparency rules (AI Act, Article 50) require AI-generated video to be disclosed, so we build the marking in rather than leaving it to you. It sits on a faint tinted panel so it stays readable whatever is behind it, and it's kept as small and as light as it can be while remaining legible — the image above is magnified three times. Before you order
01What if I don't like the video?
Every package includes small revisions — wording, timing, colour grade, music. These are edits to the finished video, so they're free.
If the delivered video doesn't match the details you gave me in the brief, you can choose a free fix or a full refund — your call, because that one's on me.
Anything that needs the footage itself re-made — different scene content, a different look for the product, a new camera angle — is a major revision. With a traditional creator that would mean booking a reshoot; here it means generating new footage, so it's an add-on and always quoted up front before any work starts.
02How do the 15-second units work?
Every package is a number of 15-second units — Basic has 1, Standard 2, Premium 3, and the Signature Pack 6. You decide how they're used: separate 15-second clips, or combined into longer videos. Standard, for example, can be two 15-second ads or one 30-second ad.
A single video up to 45 seconds is included in the standard packages. A 60-second video adds +$19. Beyond 60 seconds, we'll scope it as a Custom order — just get in touch.
Revisions are counted per package, not per video — combining your units into longer videos never costs you revisions.
03How does payment work?
If you found me on Fiverr, order and pay through Fiverr — it handles billing in US dollars and collects the brief automatically.
If you came straight here, I'll send you an invoice with bank transfer details by email instead. Any package is available either way; just mention it in your message.
04Can I cancel after ordering?
Each video is custom-made to order for your specific brand, and production starts as soon as the order is confirmed. Under EU consumer rules, custom-made work is exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal right once the finished video has been delivered — and you confirm you want production to begin when you place the order.
This doesn't affect your revision rights, or your rights if the delivered work doesn't match the brief you provided.
05What do I need to send you?
A short description of your product or business is enough to get started. What photos change is how closely the video matches your real product: without them we'll create a stylised version based on your description; with at least one photo we can match your product exactly.
If you're sending photos, three is the sweet spot — the product itself (or your space, if you're a service business like a barbershop or café, etc.), it in action, and one close-up detail.
Two things I need exactly right either way: your brand name spelling, and what your call-to-action should say.
Without product photos, your product is depicted generically — appearance-based changes then count as a major revision, not the included small revision.
06Why is there an “AI-GENERATED” marking on the video?
Because the video is AI-generated, and since August 2026 the EU AI Act (Article 50) requires that to be disclosed. Rather than leave that on you, I build a small, discreet marking into every delivery.
It's designed to stay out of the way: the smallest size that's still clearly legible, tucked into the lower left away from platform overlays, and resting on a faint tinted panel so it reads on a bright product shot and on a black background alike. Every video is measured before delivery — twenty-four frames from the finished file — to confirm the marking is actually legible in what you receive, not just in theory.
Please keep it visible when you publish. Depending on your platform and country you may need to add further AI or advertising disclosure on top of it — rules vary, and I can't give legal advice.
07How long does it take?
Seven days for Basic, Standard and Premium; ten days for the Signature Pack, which includes an extended brief. Custom orders are scoped individually. I reply to messages within 24–72 hours.
